For those with automatic payment status updates in the app:
For most property owners/managers, we receive the payment status for your paid invoice, and it is then automatically updated in the app. These status updates occur with some delay. The status in the app usually updates a day or so after the money has reached the recipient's account.
For those without automatic payment status updates:
For a few property owners/managers, the process works a bit differently. The connection between them and the housing app does not support status updates, so the invoices will never automatically update to "paid" status in the app. In this case, it's best to use your internet bank to see if the payment has been processed.
