If there is an active integration for invoices, rent or fee invoices can be uploaded to the app for you. You can then choose to pay them directly in the app, copy the payment details to pay outside the app, or export them.
If you have not received your invoices in the app, it may be due to the following reasons:

... you share a contract with someone else who has received the invoices in the app. Currently, for security reasons, only one person per housing contract receives the invoices in the app. If you share a contract with someone, ask your co-tenant to log in to the app and share their invoices with you.

... you receive your invoices via another invoicing method. Contact us if you wish to receive your invoices in the app instead. Note the exception for direct debit. Sometimes invoices with the direct debit payment method appear in the app; this varies depending on the integration setup with your property owner/manager. In such cases, you will see the invoice in the app, but the option to pay it is disabled.

... you have recently downloaded the app. In most cases, you will start receiving invoices through the app only after downloading it. If your property owner/manager sent out the invoices before you downloaded the app, it may take until the next invoicing cycle before you start to receive invoices via the app. If you have questions about where your invoices have been sent, please contact your property owner/manager.
