There are four different ways to log in to Boendeappen:
Mobile BankID
The primary login method for the app, which is automatically preselected. This login method relies on your personal number being in the property management system and then transferred to Avy. To log in via BankID, you need to have Mobile BankID on the same device as the app for this login option to be possible.
SMS Code
To ensure that only you can log in for your residence, your phone number and personal number are used when logging in via SMS code. When you log in, you need to enter the same phone number and personal number that you have registered with your property owner/manager. This is to ensure that all information in Boendeappen is owned by you. Contact your property owner/manager if you need to update your email address. They, in turn, need to provide the information to us at Boendeappen.
Email Code
This login method is recommended for those without a Swedish personal number. To log in with an email code, you need to enter the same email address that you have registered with your property owner/manager. If we have a different email address in our systems when you try to log in, you will not be able to receive a one-time code at the specified email address. Contact your property owner/manager if you need to update your email address. They, in turn, need to provide the information to us at Boendeappen.
Enter Property Code
This login method is used if you have received a property code from your property owner/manager. Log in by entering the property code, followed by a BankID verification.
